This 2017 Bond Program consisted of renovations and upgrades to 8 existing buildings that included the Warren Woods Education Center and the Transportation and Maintenance Garage.

Scope of work included:
• New Construction – Secure/Definable School Entrances; New Building Signage; New Concessions, Restrooms & Team Rooms
• Site Work – Playground Upgrades; Replace Asphalt Sidewalks, Mill and Cap most of the main parking lot; New Landscaping; New Signage; Exterior Enhancements; Upgrade Water main from School to Stadium
• Remodeling/Renovation Work – New Carpet in Classrooms; Asbestos Abatement; Replace Acoustic Ceiling Tile and Classroom Door Hardware; Exterior Brick Restoration; Elevator Replacement; Remove and replace Auditorium Seating
• Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing – Back-up Generator; Replace Fire Sprinklers; Replace Boilers; Upgrade/Replace HVAC Control System; New Exit Signs and Emergency Lighting; Mixing Valves at Hand Sinks per Code, Upgrade Water System for Code Compliant Hot Water
• Technology – Non-Instructional Computers and Printers; Network Infrastructure and Switches; Wireless Expansions and Infrastructure Upgrades; Low Voltage Cabling and Outside Fiber Plant; Install Voice Over Internet Phone (VOIP) System; Replace Instructional Technology Equipment; Replace Security System/Surveillance Cameras; Replace Instructional/Administrative Technology Equipment; Upgrade Technology Infrastructure; Install PA, Clocks and Alarm Bell System; New Card Readers at Exterior Doors
• Stadium/Baseball/Softball Field Work – New Wireless Scoreboards; New 4’ Galvanized fence around track; Replace Existing Home Bleachers with Grandstand; New Press Box; Miscellaneous Equipment (soccer goals, goal posts, etc.); New Discus and shotput areas; Install New Stadium Lighting; Reconfigure irrigation, drain tile, grading and sod; New Masonry Dugouts w/Storage; New Concrete under Bleachers and ADA walkways.
