A striking expansion of Twelve Oaks Mall, the two-story, 97,000 sq.ft. addition has introduced room for a potential 35 fresh stores and eateries. The project scope encompasses not only the building’s construction but also extensive site work, including preparation for a new Nordstrom’s anchor store, an expanded parking lot, and utility relocations for an existing Macy’s store. Beyond structural enhancements, the project also entailed upgrades in life-safety systems, lighting, fire alarms, and signage to ensure a comprehensive transformation. Delivered through a GMP contract, the project was accomplished both punctually and 3% below budget.
