This project featured the development of a 3-story Medical Office Building on the existing Sparrow site at 2909 E. Grand River Ave. The site’s previous occupant, the Medical Dental Building, underwent abatement and demolition. The facility now accommodates diverse tenants, including SMG North, SMG Eastside, Senior Services, Physical Therapy, Endoscopy, a comprehensive Imaging Center (incorporating MRI and CT), Blood Draw Lab, and a Retail Pharmacy complete with a Drive-Thru.
