Community Mental Health Authority – Building Addition

Construction of a three story addition of approximately 42,600 s.f. to CMHA’s existing facility located at 812 E. Jolly Road in Lansing. The project includes site work, new parking lot, landscaping, associated demolition and new addition  consisting of:  office space, lobby, stairs, elevator, toilet rooms, and clinical space.
