To cater to a surge in enrollment, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s swiftly constructed a new Prep classroom facility covering 30,000 square feet. This masonry-bearing structure houses 20 classrooms, staff offices, a learning stair, gathering areas, and a high-end conference room. The interior boasts a mix of refined finishes such as stained wood paneling, exposed aggregate floors, high-quality ceilings, premium wood flooring, and carpet tiles. Complementing the exterior’s brick and cast stone façade, the building features ample windows to capture the campus’s scenic beauty. The project also included landscaping, lighting, and pathway upgrades to the “Quad” and student drop-off area. All of this was accomplished within the stipulated timeframe and budget.
