A standout feature is the computer access flooring, spanning roughly 75% of the floor area. Meticulously coordinated by Clark Construction, this flooring seamlessly integrates with the carpet, an intricate task due to unique layouts such as the convergence of two carpet types at a radius junction on the raised access floor. Notably, Clark Construction/Mayotte Group played a key role in the original MESSA headquarters building, showcasing our consistency in delivering exceptional results across projects.
