This project was performed by the Clark|Bergman Team on a Design-Build delivery method. The project consisted of demolition of an existing storage facility, construction of a new 64,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility and approximately 7,000 sq.ft. of new office space.

This project had a multitude of challenges, including logistics with operations currently utilizing the area, environmental remediation, multiple variances due to set back issues, and relocation of utilities to allow construction to begin including gas, storm, sanitary, and water main.
