This comprehensive project entailed the construction of an innovative automotive research area, involving site demolition, earthwork, utility services, drainage improvements, paving, fencing, landscaping, and more. Additionally, the endeavor included the revitalization of a significant portion of an 18-acre brownfield site, featuring a 3.1-acre test pad, new underground utilities, a retention pond, and the establishment of traffic islands along Chevrolet Avenue, culminating in the transformation of the area into a state-of-the-art research facility.
