New 340,000 sq.ft. retail store located on a 56-acre site along I-75 at the corner of Allen and Muhlhauser Roads.  This was the first IKEA Store built in Ohio and the sixth in the midwest. Clark Construction Company was also the Construction Manager on the first Michigan IKEA Store, located in Canton.

The project includes retail space, 100,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space, cafeteria-style restaurants, children’s play area, six loading docks, and 1,400 on-grade parking spaces.
