This 2019 Bond Program consists of renovations and upgrades to 10 existing buildings that include 4 Elementary Buildings, Hayes Intermediate, Beagle Middle School, GL High School, Neff Early Childhood Center and the Dave & Betty Morris Building. This 3 phase program includes the following projects:

Major Projects for Phase 1
• Transition to Beagle Middle School for Grades 7-8; add a 16 classroom wing, secure entry, remodel kitchen, serving area and cafeteria; enlarge gym, add new band room and choir room; upgrade mechanical, electrical, technology infrastructure; upgrade restrooms. Build New 8-Lane Competition Pool, New Community Pool and Support Spaces
• Transition to Holbrook Elementary for Grades K-4; remodel 8 classrooms, add 8 classrooms; new parking and drives; add multipurpose room; upgrade mechanical, electrical, technology infrastructure.
• Build connecting road from M-43 to Beagle MS and GL High School.

Major Projects for Phase 2
• Improvements at Grand Ledge High School for Grades 9-12; Build a New Wacousta Elementary for Grades K-4; Improvements at Delta Center Elementary for Grades K-4; Remodel Old Pool into Walking Track & Multipurpose Space.

Major Projects for Phase 3
• New Dave & Betty Morris Building (completed by 2025); Improvements to Hayes Intermediate for Grades 5-6; Improvements to Willow Ridge Elementary for Grades K-4; Improvements to Neff Early Childhood Center.
