This exciting project for Dart Container required the construction of their new headquarters building, designed to accommodate their recent acquisition of the Solo Cup Company’s corporate and administrative operations.

The 3-story, 146,000 sq.ft. building accommodates about 400 employees and features numerous office types, food service and meeting areas. The headquarters campus included 30 acres of site development as well as a new 500,000 sq.ft. warehouse and Tribute Garden.
