The completion of this project involved seamlessly integrating a 12-bed long-term inpatient rehabilitation unit. The unit featured private bedrooms, an extensive OT/PT gym area, ADL kitchen, living space, nurse station, staff locker section, clean and soiled utility rooms, along with various mechanical, electrical, IT, and ancillary support spaces.

In navigating construction within an occupied hospital setting, precise coordination was paramount. Elevator usage was meticulously synchronized with hospital staff, carts were thoughtfully covered during transit, and walk-off sticky mats were strategically placed at construction area exits. Upholding finishes, diligent laborers maintained debris-free pathways and shielded elevator interiors. Ensuring holistic safety and cohesion, trade partners participated in compulsory orientation and safety procedure sessions, underscoring our unwavering commitment to a secure and successful project culmination.
