Construction of a new ground up 20,000 SF ALDI retail marketplace.  The construction takes place on the long-abandoned Bloomfield Park construction site, revitalizing the highly valued real estate on North bound Telegraph Rd, just North of Square Lake.  The project opened in early December to the public, working through the aggressive schedule to beat the Holiday shopping rush.

CCS provided Exterior Cold Formed Metal Framing as well as Exterior Sheathing. We value engineered a rigid insulation gypsum product on the exterior of the building to reduce schedule on getting the building enclosed. CCS installed interior studs drywall and ceilings as well as all general trades items furnished by Clark Construction as well as ALDI’s. This included millwork, shelving, checkout counters and interior graphics.
