Meijer Northville – Store #054 Minor Reset

Phased renovation of the existing 260,000 SF Northville MI Meijer Building.  The renovation included the demolition & relocation of the existing garden center to make room for the new pharmacy drive through, along with complete exterior façade update.  The interior renovations included updating all of the flooring, ceilings, lighting, display cases & racks.  The entire bakery & deli service and sales areas were relocated within the store to match the new Meijer layouts.  All of the work took place through phased shut down or off hour construction to minimize customer and public disruption.

CCS performed all metal stud, drywall, drywall finishing.  All exterior framing & EIFS work.  Replaced 60,000 SF of acoustical ceilings.
